A Geographic Information System (GIS) enables the recreation of virtually everything that makes up an area of geographical interest to facilitate its knowledge and management. Thanks to the mapping of all the components of the territory, it will be possible to place them on a map background and then to query and analyse these data in order to have a synthetic and global vision.
